Stress free exercise at The Ladies Centre
Here at the ladies only gym we have a unique
approach to health and fitness. Whether you’re
young or an older person or new to exercising,
we feel that this environment will give you the
opportunity to improve your health and well being
by following our diverse personalised programmes
designed to assist you achieve your objectives.
The combination of the cardio vascular equipment
with the strength machines not only will improve
your strength but also your heart rate, reducing the
risk of any heart diseases. On the other hand the
toning tables will allow you to improve your general
strength, flexibility, bone density, circulation
and muscle tone.
Ladies only classes
Booty club, held twice a week. Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.00pm. Classes run for around 1 hour, first session is free to try, £3.50 per class thereafter. Non-members are welcome too.
